Quick-change gloves contain a pressure band in the cuff that creates a tight seal inside the standard armhole of a Clemco blast cabinet. This pressure fit seals abrasive inside the cabinet while blasting and will quickly release when the operator is finished. Glove durability will vary based on the application. Blast pressures above 60psi, as well as angular abrasives, will accelerate the wear of these gloves. Quick change gloves are less durable than standard full construction rubber blast gloves, however, provide operators with fast and simple installation and removal from blast cabinets.
