Quench Wash is a concentrated liquid alkaline spray cleaner designed to safely remove Quench Oils prior to tempering in the Heat Treatment Department.
Quench Wash provides excellent cleaning and temporary rust protection on ferrous metals and is no spotting.
Quench Wash is low foaming and splits free oils for more effective skimming or coalescing. This will extend bath life and reduce waste and maintenance.
Quench Wash does not contain phosphates, nitrites, or MEA and can be used in all in process cleaning systems.
Spray Washers Use at 2 to 5% by volume depending on soils and frequency of application with an operating temperature range of 80º to 160º.
Power Washers Use at 1 to 4% by volume depending on soils and frequency of application with an operating temperature range of 80º to 160º.asd

No health or safety hazards exist when Quench Wash is used, stored, and disposed of in accordance with instructions on the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product.
