The Astro Blasting Helmet is your number one choice economy Abrasive Blasting Helmet which meets standards worldwide including CE, Australian Standards and is approved by NIOSH.

The Astro Blasting Helmet has a large flat lens which provides excellent vision without distortion.

When it comes to increasing productivity, Lightweight means less fatigue, the Astro Blasting Helmet only weighs 2 ¾ lb / 1.2Kg.

Each part on the Astro Blasting Helmet can be easily replaced using conventional tools, reducing downtime if you need to replace parts it can be done on the field.

The RPB Respiratory 4000-01 Cold Air Tube Assembly can cool the breathing air coming into a respirator by as much as 32°F (18°C). The 4000-01 Cold Air Tube helps to maximize worker comfort and increase productivity whilst working in warm climates.

The 4000-01 is manufactured from non toxic engineering plastics which are extremely robust and easily withstand the rigors of the workplace.

The RPB Respiratory 4000-20 Hot Air Tube Assembly warms compressed breathing air coming into respirators by as much as 30°F (17°C). The 4000-20 Hot Air Tube Assembly helps to maximize worker comfort and increase productivity whilst working in cold climates.

The RADEX System… More Filtration, Capacity, Versatility

The RADEX airline filter from RPB Respiratory offers you more capacity, more versatility and more filtration. You can combine the versatility of either floor mounting or wall mounting with increased filtration capacity. The range of optional equipment means you can customize your RADEX airline filter to meet your breathing air requirements, whether it be Grade D, AS1715, EN12021 or ISO8573.1 there is a RADEX system for you.

In developing the RADEX Carbon Monoxide Monitor RPB Respiratory chose to design a product that was easy to use and provide enhanced traceability. The Radex Carbon Monoxide Monitor is factory calibrated and can be as simple as - Power On, Air On and Turn On or it can be as technical as you want with full traceability of alarms, calibrations and more.

The Radex Carbon Monoxide Monitor is mounted in a rugged carry case and it can be mounted onto the Radex Airline Filter or Wall Mounted.

The Radex Carbon Monoxide Monitor can be fitted with external alarms and relays to activate solenoids which can shutdown equipment as a safety measure.

Empire offers an RPB air-pump kit (2-802PLP) with a single-outlet pump, respirator hood and all required connectors.

RPB's Astro and Nova compressed-air breathing kits include all the parts required to filter air delivered from a compressor feed line. Both systems, when properly maintained, supply grade "D" air to the operator. A carbon monoxide monitor, required by OSHA, is sold separately. These systems do not remove carbon monoxide, a potentially lethal gas, from air supplied by the compressor.
